We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each of our clients gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.
This role is located in Tel Aviv, part-time, 3 days at the office, located next to the TLV Expo-University train station (Rokach Blvd 97).
Our usual interview process:
- 20-minute online call.
- 40-minute conversation at our offices.
Responsibilities:
- TL;DR Operations, Accounting, Marketing, HR
- Take the reins of our day-to-day office operations with our CEO.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage our administration.
- Collaborate with the CTO on recruiting efforts.
- Handle the employee experience.
We will also teach you various Operations skills.
Qualifications:
- Figure it out attitude.
- A passion for the marketing domain.
- Some experience in Operations Management, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (Hebrew & English).
- Proficiency in project management tools, a presentation wizard, and office software.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
