What You'll Do
Own long-term client relationships and ensure lenders continuously realize value from Hypercore. You’ll act as the bridge between client needs and product evolution - driving adoption, shaping internal prioritization, and helping clients move beyond Excel into a scalable, automated loan management platform, and deepen their use of it over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounts (up to 10). Drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Deliver continuous value. Ensure clients see clear ROI from the platform and related services.
- Drive adoption. Increase product usage, expand feature utilization, and promote new capabilities.
- Be a strategic partner. Understand client loan portfolios (repayments, covenants, amortizations) and align Hypercore to their evolving needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities. Surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities that create real impact.
- Voice of the client and the expect. Translate feedback into clear product insights and influence internal prioritization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certifications are an advantage
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or customer success, or fintech. Ex-Big 4 is an advantage.
- Experience working with financial data is required; familiarity with loan portfolios is an advantage
- Proven ability to lead client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
