Job Title: QA Engineer / Software Tester

Division: Information Systems & Digital

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Information Systems & Digital Division. The role is responsible for ensuring that software applications and computerized processes meet defined requirements before production release, maintaining high-quality standards across development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure software and process compliance with defined requirements prior to production deployment
• Perform quality control for the development unit
• Maintain and operate quality assurance methodologies and prepare relevant procedures
• Lead QA team activities (when required)
• Prepare periodic reports, document incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support information services for systems and manage data within organizational information systems

Professional Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer - Must
• At least 2 years of experience testing ETL processes - Must
• At least 1 year of experience testing APIs and system integrations - Must
• Hands-on experience with SoapUI and/or Postman - Must
• At least 1 year of experience performing complex SQL queries - Must
• Experience testing Web and/or Mobile systems and/or Desktop applications - Must
• Experience working with JSON and XML files - Must
• Experience working in Agile-Scrum environments using Azure DevOps, TFS, or Jira - Must

Education Requirements (Must meet one of the following):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Science
• or
• Bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least 200 hours of advanced coursework in Information Systems
• or
• Practical Engineer diploma in Computers/Technology
• or
• No academic degree but completion of advanced Information Systems courses totaling at least 300 hours
