About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you will collaborate daily with the front-end team while working closely with our cross-border R&D team to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces that bring our cutting-edge solutions to life.

Your expertise in front-end technologies will be crucial in delivering a seamless, efficient, and visually appealing user experience, utilizing TypeScript, React, and scalable UI architecture principles — including design systems, reusable components, and modern styling frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and build high-performance web applications using React 19, TypeScript, tRPC, and Tailwind, delivering high-quality features from concept to production.
2. Own features end-to-end — define scope, handle edge cases, and work closely with Product and Design to create thoughtful, usable solutions that fit real user needs.
3. Collaborate across disciplines — partner with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ensure smooth integration and cohesive experiences.
4. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, following front-end best practices and contributing to a consistent, scalable architecture.
5. Build beautiful, interactive interfaces that feel smooth, intuitive, and visually consistent across the application.
6. Optimize performance and reliability, ensuring fast load times, responsive interactions, and stable rendering across browsers.
7. Take ownership of your work — care about the product, speak up when something can be improved, and push ideas forward with initiative and pride.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with React.
2. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including component composition, hooks, and state management patterns.
3. Hands-on experience working with AI-powered development tools as part of daily workflow.
4. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate design mockups into fully functional interfaces.
5. Familiarity with version control (Git) and standard front-end workflows (branching, reviews, CI/CD).
6. Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of quality, consistency, and usability
