For our site in Holon, we are looking for an IT Hardware & Multimedia Team Lead

Responsibilities

Full professional and operational responsibility for the organization’s computing hardware and multimedia domain, including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, projectors, scanners, various hardware components, and multimedia systems for meeting rooms

Providing support and solutions for malfunctions and new requirements, serving thousands of users and dozens of technology‑intensive meeting rooms and laboratories

Close professional coordination with the IT headquarters and security units

Managing and leading a team of technicians

Overseeing inventory, procurement, and disposal processes for computing equipment

Professional mentoring, employee development, defining work processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives

Setting objectives, monitoring service levels, and ensuring user satisfaction

Implementing new technologies and innovative solutions

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams in relevant fields

Technician or Practical Engineer certification

Professional knowledge and hands‑on experience with hardware and multimedia systems

Strong managerial skills, service orientation, and excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Availability for overtime as needed
