Junior Account Manager

Simplex 3D is a growing Israeli PropTech company working with clients in Israel and abroad, delivering advanced 3D solutions for real estate sales and marketing.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our REALS team - a hands-on role with real ownership over customers, strong communication, and end-to-end process management.

REALS transforms the real estate sales journey into a seamless, data-driven, and emotionally engaging experience, enabling developers and sales teams to accelerate deals through high-impact visualizations and real-time buyer engagement insights.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, taking responsibility, and growing within a fast-moving tech company.

Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary point of contact for REALS customers

● Own requirements gathering and materials collection for multiple projects simultaneously

● Manage all day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and coordination

● Coordinate all client-facing milestones from kickoff to delivery

● Maintain clear documentation of client requirements and changes

● Own customer satisfaction and retention

● Track customer health and engagement

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, project management, or other client-facing roles

● Bachelor’s degree

● Strong communication skills

● Fluent Hebrew & English (written and spoken)

● Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities

● Analytical skills with the ability to track data and derive insights

● Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

● Bonus - Sales experience for managing spontaneous upsells
