Electronics Engineer

A world-leading manufacturer of high-end connectivity systems is looking for a senior-level expert to join its R&D center. The company is a global giant in the design and production of electrical, electronic, and fiber-optic connectors, providing the core infrastructure for high-speed data centers, telecommunications, and aerospace.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with a deep background in board design and a mastery of the challenges inherent in high-speed signaling.

The company is located in a prime, train-accessible hub in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• Leading end-to-end hardware development of complex, high-performance electronic boards (PCB).
• Architecting and designing solutions to meet the rigorous demands of High-Speed Digital Design.
• Taking a lead role in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Managing the full design cycle: from schematic capture and layout supervision to laboratory Bring-up and validation.
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex hardware issues using advanced lab equipment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Board Design (Hardware Development) – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of high-speed protocols (e.g., DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes) – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in professional EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor) – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience in hardware debugging, Bring-up, and validation within a lab environment – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with tools and principles for Signal & Power Integrity analysis – Mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in English – Mandatory.
