Role Overview:

• Taking full hands-on lead of information security within a dynamic, production-grade cloud environment.
• Owning the end-to-end Incident Response (IR) lifecycle, from proactive threat hunting and identification to full remediation.
• Integrating advanced security protocols directly into the DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Shift-Left approach).
• Collaborating closely with R&D and IT teams to architect secure infrastructures and implement SOC 2 compliance and regulatory standards.
• Operating and optimizing core security tools, SIEM/SOAR integrations, and log management systems.
• Developing and refining internal security playbooks and automated response procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure Security – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with CI/CD security integration and automation – Mandatory.
• Extensive background in SOC processes, including log analysis and SIEM/SOAR systems – Mandatory.
• Practical experience leading Incident Response efforts in production environments – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and security regulation frameworks – Mandatory.
• Prior experience in Web3, FinTech, or Blockchain sectors – Significant Advantage.
