Social Media Manager (Maternity leave cover)

We’re looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager to cover maternity leave, taking ownership of EDEN’s Instagram and several artist accounts, ensuring premium content, strong community engagement, and alignment with exhibitions and events.

🚀 The Role

You’ll manage day-to-day social media across Instagram, including Feed, Stories, and Reels, plan content calendars, engage with our community, and support promotion of artists and gallery events. This is a hands-on, strategic role, collaborating with content, marketing, sales, and gallery teams.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Manage EDEN’s main Instagram + 5 artist accounts
• Plan and publish content (Feed, Stories, Reels) aligned with exhibitions and events 
• Use AI tools to enhance captions, content ideas, and visual adaptations
• Respond to messages/comments and maintain positive community engagement
• Support influencer collaborations and content creator campaigns
• Cover events in real time via Stories/Reels
• Track performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay on top of trends - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in social media management, preferably in art, luxury, or fashion
• Expert in mobile content creation
• Proficient in AI tools for content enhancement
• Strong organization and multitasking skills (5–6 accounts simultaneously)
• Exceptional English and creative storytelling
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations is a plus
