Account Manager (FinTech)

Through our ecosystem of high-tech products (including Payment Processing, Wallet, Exchange, and Retail), we enable seamless instant global crypto/fiat transactions, secure asset storage, and smooth exchanges.

We are expanding our horizons and looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Manager to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert potential B2B clients using the company’s internal database.
• Build, maintain, and scale effective long-term relationships with new customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting our payment solutions effectively.
• Provide high-quality ongoing support to clients via email, chat, and phone to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success role (experience within the FinTech, Crypto, or Financial sector will be a significant advantage).
• Advanced English and Fluent Ukrainian or russian — both written and spoken are essential for daily communication.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
• A proactive, result-oriented professional with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust easily.
