The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and optimize customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating email templates, analyzing marketing metrics, managing email automation tools, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and understanding of Marketing Automation tools
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and data interpretation to optimize campaign performance
• Expertise in Lead Generation strategies to effectively target and engage audiences
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear messaging
• Previous experience in email marketing or digital marketing campaigns is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
