Business Development Representative

We’re building something ambitious and looking for a sharp Business Development Representative who wants real impact, not just another outbound role.

You’ll join a growing global tech company working with large enterprise customers on advanced data, AI, and connected platforms used in complex, real-world environments. The sales motion is strategic, the buyers are senior, and the problems we solve actually matter.

This role is ideal for someone in their first or second SDR role who feels ready for a bigger stage — more ownership, smarter conversations, and a product that opens doors at the enterprise level.

What You’ll Actually Do

Create real pipeline

Run smart outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative channels to open conversations with senior stakeholders in global enterprise companies.

Work closely with sales & marketing

You won’t be throwing meetings over the wall. You’ll help shape messaging, test ideas, and refine what actually works.

Stay organized

Keep Salesforce clean and structured so the pipeline stays real and predictable.

Use modern tools

We actively use GenAI, automation, and sales tech and expect you to be curious about how to work smarter, not just harder.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Strong spoken and written English (you’ll work globally)
• Comfortable running outbound independently
• Experience with Salesforce / HubSpot / Sales Navigator / outreach tools
• Someone competitive, curious, and proactive — typical “startup energy” profile
• Background or interest in enterprise software, cybersecurity, connected tech, or data platforms is a plus
