You Are
A hands-on HR Business Partner who will support business leaders and employees in Israel. You have a strong foundation across core HR areas, combined with practical HRBP experience and direct ownership of employee engagement initiatives.
This is a mid-level HRBP role, focused on execution, employee experience, and day-to-day people partnership.
The Opportunity
- Act as a people partner for assigned business teams, supporting managers on day-to-day people matters.
- Advise managers on performance conversations, engagement challenges, attendance issues, and attrition risks.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions, people reviews, and regular business connects.
- Support the local implementation of global HR programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, promotions, and policy updates.
- Independently manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, documentation, and exits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR queries.
- Ensure HR practices align with local labor regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accuracy in employee data, benefits, and leave administration.
- Own and execute employee engagement initiatives for the Israel location.
- Plan and deliver engagement activities such as team events, townhalls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and cultural celebrations.
- Work closely with managers and leadership to improve employee morale, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Gather employee feedback and support action planning in collaboration with business leaders.
- Partner closely with local leaders, global HR teams, and HR COEs across regions.
- Act as a bridge between local employee needs and global HR frameworks and standards.
- At lease 6 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure across core HR areas.
- Demonstrated experience working in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor capacity.
- Proven, hands-on experience driving employee engagement activities (beyond coordination).
- Solid understanding of employee relations and HR processes in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a lean HR setup.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency is strongly preferred.
