Operational Import Coordinator – Tnuva

Tnuva’s Corporate Import Department manages the international supply chain of raw materials, components, spare parts, and packaging. This is a hands‑on operational role involving end‑to‑end import coordination and close collaboration with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Managing full operational import processes with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and receiving sites.

Handling sea and air shipments, including temperature‑controlled and special‑packaging shipments.

Tracking shipments, managing documentation, and working with trade terms (FCA, EXW, FOB).

Coordinating with receiving sites and multiple freight forwarders.

Working closely with internal units such as dairies, logistics centers, and production plants.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in import operations – must.

Experience with international freight forwarders – strong advantage.

Experience in a large industrial organization – must.

Strong knowledge of import processes, documentation, and regulations.

High proficiency in Office and ERP systems (SAP – advantage).

High‑level English.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and independent task management.
