The Role: Implementation Support Specialist

This is a junior position within our Professional Services team - a structured entry point into SaaS implementation, endpoint management, and enterprise security delivery.

You will support the deployment and onboarding of customer environments, collaborate with senior technical specialists, and gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in SaaS implementations such as Google Workspace, MDM, and security platforms

• Support customer onboarding and system configuration

• Help document implementation processes and maintain internal knowledge base

• Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Participate in customer meetings when needed

• Learn and apply best practices in cloud and security environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic familiarity with IT, SaaS, or cloud environments (academic or practical experience)

• High technical curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English

• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented way of working

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive service approach

Advantage:

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration

• Exposure to MDM or endpoint management solutions

• Background in IT support, helpdesk, or technical service roles
