Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a HR Admin, based in Givatyem with flexibility to work from home as needed. The HR Admin will handle a range of responsibilities including managing HR processes, fostering employee relations, responding to HR-related inquiries, and supporting administration. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and exceptional service to employees.

Responsibilities :

• Recruiting: Lead our recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
• Employee experience and welfare: Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees including happy hours, birthday gifts, company events, holiday celebrations and gifts, fun days, and more.
• Manage the "day-to-day" office routines, ensure smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, and maintenance (cleaning, parking, deliveries, IT logistics etc.) 
• Provide support in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience. 
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation & according travel reports.

Requirements: 

• Second/Third year in the Human Resources degree
• High level English
• Friendly team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
