Growth Partnerships & Influencers Lead

Pic-Time is a product-led SaaS (PLG) serving thousands of professional photographers and creative businessesand employing over 120 team members worldwide. We grow through self-serve adoption - no sales org, no classic B2B demand generation.

We’re hiring a Lead for our Growth Partnerships & Influencers team, to own and scale our partnerships motion as a core growth engine. This role is responsible for creating a scale-first partnership plan for educators, platforms, and affiliates, and for turning those relationships into repeatable, measurable growth.

This role reports directly to the VP of Growth and leads a small partnerships team (currently 1 direct report), while remaining hands-on.

Note: This role is not a classic Enterprise Sales, Biz-dev, or Strategic Partnerships-oriented role!

What You’ll Own

• Own and scale creator & educator partnerships (YouTubers, Course creators, Business Coaches, etc)
• Lead a small team, with the potential to grow the team based on results
• Build and operate affiliate and referral programs
• Recruit, onboard, and manage partners end-to-end, while finding creative ways to maximize the collaboration and drive signups and revenue
• Work closely with User Acquisition, Content, and Brand Marketing to amplify partner-led growth

Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships, influencer marketing, community, or creator-led growth
• Experience working directly with creators, educators, or professional communities
• Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships
• Comfortable operating in a PLG / self-serve growth model
• Strong communicator who represents the company externally with credibility, in both written, video, and face-to-face interactions
• Tech Savvy, curious, and a self-learner.
• Highly organized, independent, and execution-oriented
• Passion for photography, creators, or the creative economy -a strong plus
• Fluent English (native-level advantage)
