We are hiring a senior VP Finance with proven gaming startup experience to join a rapidly scaling global gaming company.
This is not a corporate controller role.
This is a strategic, hands-on executive role in a high-growth gaming environment.
Only candidates with gaming startup background will be considered.
What You Will Own♦ Full financial leadership across multiple global entities
♦ Build and scale finance infrastructure from early-stage to growth
♦ Strategic partnership with CEO and executive leadership
♦ Ownership of gaming KPIs: ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn, Monetization Models
♦ Lead fundraising processes and investor reporting
♦ Build and mentor a global finance team while remaining hands-on
Mandatory Requirements – Applications without these will not be reviewed♦ CPA
♦ Proven VP Finance / Finance Director experience in a global company
♦ Startup experience in Gaming industry (Series A-C) – Mandatory
♦ Experience working with US-based teams and US time zones
♦ Deep understanding of gaming monetization models (F2P, IAP, subscription, hybrid models)
♦ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international reporting standards
♦ Experience with global financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, similar ERP platforms)

- Controllers without strategic ownership
- Professionals without startup scaling experience
