Information Technology Team Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to manage and mentor our IT team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive strategic IT initiatives across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and close collaboration with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of IT engineers and system administrators
• Own IT infrastructure, internal systems, and end-user support across multiple locations
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT services
• Manage vendors, budgets, and procurement processes
• Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams on cross-company initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience managing enterprise IT environments (Windows / Linux / Mac)
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), networking, and SaaS tools
• Experience with identity management (Okta / Azure AD), MDM solutions, and security best practices
• Proven experience leading global IT projects and supporting distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-tech or SaaS companies
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft / AWS certifications
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell / Python)
