We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and drive a professional IT technicians team in a structured, mission-critical environment.

Role Overview

As the Head of IT Technicians Team, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s IT field technicians and ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily tasks and dispatching technicians to incidents

• Monitoring ticket handling and ensuring SLA compliance

• Planning work schedules and setting goals & KPIs

• Providing professional authority and hands-on guidance

• Working in a structured, procedure-driven environment

• Morning working hours

Requirements

• Practical Engineer / Technician degree in Computers or Electronics

• At least 3 years of managerial experience

• At least 3 years of experience in IT/computing roles

• Proven ability to lead teams, plan work, define goals and operate according to procedures

• Experience with Windows operating systems

• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure

• Experience with service management systems
