Key Responsibilities:

• Own AngelSense’s organic social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
• Guide and oversee U.S.-based team members responsible for community engagement on social media, ensuring thoughtful, consistent, and on-brand participation in discussions
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth goals
• Turn customer stories, testimonials, and product value into high-performing social content
• Manage daily posting, moderation, and community engagement with empathy and care
• Collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, and Customer Success teams
• Identify trends, formats, and creator-style content that resonate with parents and caregivers
• Track performance and continuously optimize based on insights and data
• Surface organic content opportunities to scale through paid social

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on social media management experience
• Experience guiding and managing team members involved in social media and community engagement
• American English speaker
• Proven experience managing B2C brand social accounts
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to balance emotion, clarity, and sensitivity
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video trends
• Experience working with user-generated content and community-driven brands
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
