Partnerships Manager

Imagen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic development team.

As Senior Partner Manager, you will scale Imagen’s presence in the creator economy. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-authority video influencer partnerships, turning the creator community into a professionalized growth engine for our video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Design and execute a creator-led acquisition strategy to meet revenue and user growth goals.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end collaborations, from creative briefing and content quality to global calendar alignment.
• Relationship Lead: Nurture top-tier partner loyalty through high-touch engagement and representation at industry events (e.g., VidCon, WPPI).
• Performance Analytics: Own the ROI of the creator channel, using data to optimize commission structures and conversion funnels.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate creator feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Marketing tea

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Influencer Marketing or Partner Management (Creative/Video Tech preferred).
• Market Fluency: Deep understanding of the professional videography/photography landscape.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven success negotiating ROI-positive deals with talent and agents.
• Data Savvy: Proficient in tracking attribution and performance via partner management tools.
• Agility: Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to travel for partner development.
