Team Lead – Full Stack (Angular / Node.js)

FAIR is a fast-growing fintech company building a cutting-edge trading platform for mutual funds.
We operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and scale, and we’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to help us take our platform to the next level.
This is a key leadership role with real impact — both on the product and on the people.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a strong Full Stack development team (Front-End & Back-End)
- Stay hands-on with the code while setting high engineering standards
- Design and own core system architecture and technical decisions
- Build scalable, high-performance solutions using Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Work in a modern environment: Microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of Full Stack development experience (Angular & Node.js)
- At least 1 year of experience leading a development team
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience working in financial / fintech environments
- Solid understanding of Docker / Kubernetes
- High technical standards, analytical thinking, and leadership mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed systems / microservices
- Cloud experience (AWS)
- Passion for building scalable fintech products
