Legal AI Product Manager

We are looking for a brilliant lawyer to join our team as a product manager, assuming product ownership for key features of the Lizzy product suite. Key responsibilities include:

• Product strategy & roadmap: Own vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product features.
• Customer, market & legal validation: Onboard and train new customers, present new capabilities, advise on creating and improving legal AI workflows, and feed insights into priorities for owned areas.
• Delivery leadership: Define requirements, coordinate with design/engineering/ML to ship within owned areas, manage tradeoffs (accuracy, latency, cost, UX), and align dependencies with other PMs/teams.
• Legal AI content generation: Create and maintain prompt libraries, agent behaviors, and workflow templates for owned use cases, including guardrails and evaluation criteria.
• Launch & outcomes (owned metrics): Support launches for owned areas, track KPIs, monitor issues, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Lawyer: Immediately post-internship or 1st/2nd year associate.
• Fluent English: Strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong interest in AI: Curious and proactive about applying AI in legal workflows.
• Analytical problem-solver: Breaks down ambiguity and drives practical solutions.
• Fast, rigorous researcher: Quickly learns new domains and finds high-quality sources.

Advantages

• Experience with legal AI tools: Familiarity with legal AI solutions such as Harvey, Legora, and Spellbook.
• Presentation and training skills: Confident presenting to customers and delivering effective onboarding/training.
