About the Team

The QA team plays a key role in ensuring Cyera delivers a seamless and secure data security platform. Our team focuses on maintaining and enhancing the quality, reliability, and performance of our cloud-native security solutions, working closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams. By driving automation and ensuring the highest testing standards, we help safeguard our customers' most critical data. What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will take full ownership of the quality of Cyera’s platform operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing cloud environments across all major cloud providers—AWS, GCP, and Azure—ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with product managers to validate specifications and assist developers in executing them. As the product quality champion, you'll be involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from gathering customer feedback to overseeing product design, development, testing, and feature releases.

You’ll be the critical link between various departments—customer success, product, and development teams—ensuring smooth communication and alignment across the board. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of our platform while working alongside an innovative and talented team. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of our product and, ultimately, the success of our customers.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on testing complex applications (Frontend experience is essential).
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly skilled at deep-diving into complex problems to identify their root cause.
• You are proficient in SQL and data testing, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments of our systems.
• You excel at writing and executing test documentation, maintaining a structured approach to your work.
• You are highly organized and disciplined when it comes to quality and timely delivery.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, allowing you to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress t
• You automate tests and streamline processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• A background in software security, providing you with an understanding of the critical nature of protecting data and systems.
