Global Business Operations & Growth Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Global Business Operations & Growth Manager to serve as the CEO’s right hand. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for translating vision into execution, managing end-to-end operations, and driving our global expansion — with a primary focus on the European market.

The Role

As our Global Business Ops & Growth Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will lead a team of ~14 employees, optimize internal workflows, and spearhead international business development efforts to ensure structured, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable work plans, KPIs, and operational roadmaps. Build and implement management routines, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Team Leadership: Directly and indirectly manage a team of 14, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
• Business Growth & Strategy: Partner in building annual growth plans, conducting market analysis, and leading cross-organizational strategic projects (e.g., entering new markets, digital transformation).
• Global Business Development: Create and manage strategic partnerships with buyers, sellers, financial institutions, and legal entities abroad (mainly in Europe).
• International Coordination: Represent the company at international conferences and manage the interface between the Israeli office and global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years in Business Operations, General Management (in small/growing companies), or Business Development.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and building organizational processes from the ground up.
• Global Mindset: Significant experience working with international markets (Europe preference).
• Education: B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Industrial Engineering. An MBA is a significant advantage.
• Skills: High analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and "hands-on" execution style.
• Communication: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English (written and verbal) are mandatory. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Travel: Readiness for frequent business travel to Europe.
