New Product Development Coordinator (Junior Role)

Our products are sold in over 20,000 retail stores worldwide and reach hundreds of thousands of customers every month through multiple channels.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive NPD Project Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in product development. The role involves supporting the full product development process from concept to launch, working collaboratively with various internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables
• Track project progress and maintain updates in project management systems
• Organize and manage product samples and packaging components
• Support the packaging and artwork review process, including coordination with QA and regulatory
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams as needed
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of NPD projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field – advantage
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in product development, operations, QA, or project coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn

• Fluent English - Mandatory!
• Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets (will be tested)
• Prior knowledge in logistics is not mandatory, Must be driven, fast learner, hard-working,

highly-organized, attention to details, reliable, go-getter!
