I’m hiring for a cybersecurity research company building a new AI-powered product focused on deep code understanding and vulnerability research.

This is a rare opportunity to join as a high-agency, first key hire and shape both the research direction and the product from its earliest stage.

The company is led by an elite group of Israeli security researchers delivering high-end security research services to enterprises building complex, security-sensitive systems.

Alongside its research activity, the team is now developing a unique product that combines AI, Static Analysis, and insights gained from years of real-world vulnerability research. The goal is to advance how researchers, developers and technical leaders understand and analyze code.

what you’ll do?

• Take part in shaping a new product from day one, including research, development, product ideation and customer interactions

• Research and develop cutting-edge technologies for vulnerability research and advanced code understanding using AI and Static Analysis

• Work deeply with AI internals and agentic workflows

• Technically lead 0-day vulnerability research and exploitation projects across embedded and modern fully mitigated systems

• Document research and development efforts to ensure knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability

• Contribute innovative ideas for future research and product directions

What I’m looking for?

• 4+ years of experience as a cybersecurity researcher

• Strong development experience in Python and C

• Deep knowledge of operating systems internals such as Linux, Windows, iOS or Android

• Hands-on reverse engineering experience with complex systems

• Proven experience in 0-day research on large systems

• Familiarity with vulnerability classes such as OOB, Double Free, UAF, logic vulnerabilities, injection, race conditions, type confusion, timing attacks and de-synchronization

• Heap and stack exploitation experience on fully mitigated systems

• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as gdb, IDA, ghidra, Frida, windbg, QEMU, ftrace, Wireshark

• Strong written and spoken English
