Senior System Administrator-5549

A leading global technology company specializing in advanced digital intelligence solutions is looking for an experienced System Administrator to take full ownership of its global IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers across global infrastructure

• Design and operate advanced VMware environments, including vCenter, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), and VMware Aria Suite

• Maintain and upgrade on-prem infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security

• Manage cloud environments in Azure and/or AWS

• Integrate and support SaaS applications across the organization

• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO implementation

• Ensure business continuity through monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions (including Veeam)

• Lead automation initiatives using PowerShell and Ansible

• Support Windows & Linux server environments

• Manage networking components, firewalls, and VPN technologies

• Collaborate closely with Information Security teams

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

• Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end with full ownership

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on System Administration experience in enterprise environments

• Deep expertise in VMware ecosystems and virtualization technologies

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: hardware, networking, storage, and backup/recovery

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms

• Strong Microsoft enterprise stack experience: Office 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Entra ID

• Experience with automation and scripting tools

• Strong troubleshooting mindset and service-oriented approach

• Ability to lead projects independently

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
