🔬 We’re Hiring: Lab Technician (Production Laboratory) | Full-Time | Caesarea, Israel

A leading international medical device company specializing in male fertility is hiring a Lab Technician to join our Production Laboratory in Caesarea.

At MES, we develop and produce advanced medical systems used by clients worldwide.

This is an entry-level position – no prior experience required. Full training will be provided.

What you’ll do:

• Calibrate and test medical devices

• Produce kits and related products

• Perform laboratory tests as part of the production process

• Work according to SOPs and protocols

• Document and analyze results

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

This role combines structured, detail-oriented production work with analytical thinking and professional responsibility.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in production processes, regulatory systems, and medical device operations.

📍 Location: Caesarea Industrial Park, Israel

Requirements:

✔️ CV in English – required

✔️ B.Sc. in Biology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences – required

✔️ Previous lab experience – an advantage (not mandatory)

✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

✔️ Responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Ability to work efficiently within defined timelines

✔️ High-level English – required

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office
