Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager with flexibility for a remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement. Tasks include managing day-to-day content creation, scheduling, optimizing posts across social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics.

The role also involves planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social platforms. This includes preparing content calendars, designing branded templates, producing unique and engaging content, and adapting content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to support growth and scale. The role also covers managing and distributing content through our newsletters and Telegram group, cross-posting across relevant platforms, and ensuring consistent brand voice, visibility, and engagement

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
• Experience with data analytics tools and platforms to monitor social media performance
• Ability to work both collaboratively in office and independently from home as part of a hybrid team
• Experience in the online gaming industry is a MUST.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and sales
• Repurpose content into different formats (posts, reels, stories)
• Support campaign launches and promotions
• Instagram and TikTok expert.

Salary range - 12k - 14k
