Role Description
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Position, Finance & Operations Manager to take full ownership of our billing, collections, contracts, and financial operations — and to play a key role in the day-to-day running and growth of the company. This is a hands-on, full-time position with real responsibility and direct impact on the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer billing for monthly and annual recurring agreements.
- Handling payments and collections from customers and vendors.
- Owning day-to-day communication with the accounting and bookkeeping team.
- Generating financial reports for customers and vendors (revenue, payments, renewals).
- Implementing, maintaining, and improving billing processes (both automated and manual).
- Contributing to the accuracy and continuous improvement of the company’s CRM.
- Managing contract renewals, including coordination, follow-up, and negotiation when needed.
- Taking an active role in the operations of a young, growing company with a diverse customer base.
Qualifications
- Experience in a finance, operations, or administrative role in a technology, SaaS, or services company.
- Hands-on experience with recurring billing models (monthly / annual) — a strong advantage.
- Solid financial understanding and confidence working with numbers, reports, and data.
- Experience working with accounting teams or external bookkeepers/CPAs.
- Can-do attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple processes in parallel.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking full ownership end-to-end.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Good English skills (written and verbal).
