Location: This is a full-time, on-site role at the Kinneret Innovation Center (Zemach Beach)

The Mission

We are looking for an agile, fast-learning, Hands-On Mechanical Engineer to own the physical reality of the product. You will take a sensor concept and turn it into a scalable, rugged, industrial product.

You won't be sitting behind a desk running simulations all day. You will be in the workshop designing 3D-printed enclosures, testing new adhesives, building prototypes, and going on-site to install and test them.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar.
• Solid Mechanics: You possess a strong intuitive and theoretical understanding of Stress, Strain, and Material Properties (Young’s Modulus, Thermal Expansion/CTE, Fatigue).
• CAD Proficiency: Fluent in parametric model design.
• Prototyping Skills: Experience with FDM/SLA 3D printing and design for manufacturing (DFM).
• The "Maker" Mindset: You are comfortable working with your hands. You know how to sand, glue, drill, solder, and fix things when they break.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience (We value practical "maker" experience over years of tenure).
• Bonus Points: Experience with Composites, Industrial Adhesives, or Optical Fibers
