Full-Stack Team Lead – AI SaaS Platform

We are a fast-growing global SaaS company developing an AI-powered IT management platform used by thousands of IT professionals worldwide. We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead a skilled development team and build scalable, high-performance SaaS solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, focusing on backend architecture, microservices, and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a full-stack development team in an agile environment
• Design and develop scalable backend architecture and microservices
• Work hands-on with C#/.NET and Angular (or equivalent technologies)
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Ensure code quality, best practices, performance, and CI/CD standards
• Drive innovation and adoption of AI tools within the development process

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on team leadership/management experience
• 5+ years of experience building production-grade SaaS applications
• Strong OOP skills with C#/.NET (or equivalent) and complex backend architecture
• Experience with Angular (or equivalent framework)
• Experience building scalable microservices communication
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience working with AI tools
