About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Tier 1 Support Engineer to provide technical support for our products, primarily through chat communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology to grow their career in technical support.
Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, 09:00–18:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support primarily through chat, with occasional phone and email support
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in our products
- Collaborate with development and product teams on recurring issues
- Document customer inquiries and issues in our ticket management system
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student in a technological field (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management) – mandatory
- Basic knowledge of networks and/or operating systems – mandatory
- Technical experience – mandatory
- Good command of English (reading and writing) – mandatory
- Previous experience in technical support and/or technological customer service – a significant advantage
