Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our global product team!

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap, driving execution, and delivering real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the product backlog; ensure it’s sufficiently rich and well groomed; work closely with your squad team during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality products
• Be the voice of the customer and advocate for for user-delight throughout all stages of the product development and deployment
• Collaborate closely with all relevant teams across the organization including Sales, Account Managers, Implementation Managers, Engineering etc. to deliver high-quality solutions for GO7’s customers
• Translate business and customer needs into well defined product features taking into account the competitive landscape and industry best practices
• Lead your cross functional team through the discovery, definition, prioritization and evolution of the product roadmap

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in software product with a proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with highly configurable, global, product solutions
• A self-driven, fast paced and hands on leader and doer
• Demonstrated success in releasing new products from zero to one
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product management and agile processes
• Customer obsessed with emotional intelligence for our customers and desire to understand their needs, wants and concerns
• Experience working closely with UX designers, leading discovery and shaping product experiences
• Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills in English
