HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Junior)

Trace Talents is launching its HR & recruitment activity and is looking for a motivated Junior HR & Recruitment Coordinator to help build our talent operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with real growth potential for someone who wants to develop into a full-cycle recruiter or HR professional.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines in CRM / ATS
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (Excel-based)
• Support job postings and employer branding
• Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the process
• Assist with contracts, offers, and onboarding (later stage)
• Work closely with hiring managers and business development

Requirements (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree
• High-level English (spoken + written)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with CRM or ATS systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process driven
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
