Customer service Shift Supervisor (Temporary position - Maternity leave replacement)

Yango Deli is an online grocery delivery network operating through 16 modern stores across Israel.

We work in a dark-store model with employee-only branches, enabling fast, efficient deliveries and a high-quality customer experience through a well-planned and advanced operational system.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Shift Supervisor for a temporary position as a maternity leave replacement (6 months with an option to extend)

The role includes leading and managing a customer service team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with a direct impact on customer experience and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10–15 customer service representatives to meet performance goals

• Provide professional and personal management, coaching, and employee development

• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data on an ongoing basis

• Improve and optimize departmental workflows and processes

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide continuous feedback

• Handle real-time issues and challenges proactively

• Take part in projects and manage shift scheduling

Requirements:

✔ At least 1 year of experience in customer service – mandatory

✔ Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate a team

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Strong problem-solving abilities

✔ High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ High level of English

Position Details & Benefits:

Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00

Availability for evenings/weekends in exceptional cases

On-site role – Central Tel Aviv
