We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our small and highly skilled Marketing team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, translating features and functions into business value, creating the content and collaterals to accelerate GTM, competitive intelligence, learning about our competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, updating our battle cards, and influencing our messaging.
In this role, you will:
- Study company products
- Act as the conductor between Product, Marketing and Sales Teams:
- Translate features and functions into customer value for Sentrycs users
- Create the marketing assets and collaterals needed to for launching and selling new products/capabilities.
- Create content (e.g. product videos, website copy, blog posts, webinars etc.) to articulate the benefits of our solutions to the different markets we target
- Enhance/maintain existing documents such as our Solution Description, Installation Guide, Etc.
- Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to create case studies, and with our Customers to get success story approvals.
- Be the market eyes and ears: understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information from, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing within B2B or B2G.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Excellent English Level
- International Experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups,
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
