Community Manager

We’re looking for a creative, highly engaged, and community-driven Community Manager to join our team and lead the growth, engagement, and day-to-day management of our brand communities across digital platforms.

You’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with our audience, creating engaging content, driving conversations, and strengthening brand loyalty across multiple brands and social channels.

• Build, manage, and grow brand communities across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Facebook and more).
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase interaction, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand tone and campaigns.
• Monitor conversations, comments, and DMs, ensuring timely, professional, and on-brand responses.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align community initiatives with launches and campaigns.
• Work closely with influencers and creators to strengthen community presence and engagement.
• Track community performance metrics (engagement rate, growth, sentiment, retention) and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities, and cultural moments relevant to our target audience.
• Gather community feedback and share insights internally to improve products and marketing strategies.
• Maintain strong brand voice consistency across all communication channels.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Experience creating engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong understanding of engagement metrics and community growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations and initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Advantages:
• Experience with influencer collaboration.
• Familiarity with Canva, AI content tools, and social listening tools.
• Experience working with consumer brands, entertainment, or kids/teen audiences.

This is a full-time, on-site position, located in the Tel Aviv District.

Working hours are Monday–Thursday from 9:00–18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00–16:00.
