This role requires a unique combination of strong hands-on development expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. You will lead the development of diverse web-based systems, including websites, management platforms, financial systems, APIs, and complex backend processes.

What will you do:

• Lead the team technologically by guiding developers in Laravel best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
• Provide direct management and mentoring to developers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack systems using PHP (Laravel)
• Architect and optimize complex backend processes and APIs
• Improve performance and scalability of existing systems
• Drive innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and development standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience leading a development team (Team Lead)
• 8+ years of experience in web development, with strong hands-on experience in ֿ
• PHP & Laravel
• Academic degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles and common design patterns
• Strong experience working with SQL-based databases
• Extensive experience with Git and Agile methodologies
• Solid understanding and implementation of secure development best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
