HR & Recruiter Coordinator

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children (www.Doona.com). As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an HR & Recruiter Coordinator for a dynamic, hands-on role with an initial focus on recruiting activities and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including CV screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with managers
• Maintain continuous and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
• Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Handle payroll processing and support related HR operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, including recruitment – mandatory
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
