We’re hiring a cybersecurity professional to work directly with customers as their trusted security partner — driving successful deployments, adoption, and measurable security outcomes.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who wants to stay deeply technical, field-oriented, and customer-obsessed, while moving closer to the business side.

What you’ll do

• Be the trusted security partner post-sale, building strong relationships with security leaders and practitioners
• Drive onboarding, rollout planning, and implementation best practices to ensure fast time-to-value
• Lead deep technical and security conversations and help customers operationalize the product
• Run customer check-ins and executive value reviews, translating progress into outcomes
• Manage adoption risk and escalations, coordinating internal resources when needed
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to unblock customers and bring field feedback into the roadmap

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role
• Strong technical and security fluency across real deployments and risk discussions
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Builder mindset — thrives in ambiguity and creates structure in startup environments
• Customer-first and hands-on, excited to spend significant time directly with customers
