HR Specialist

Deloitte, the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services is looking for an experienced HR Specialist for the Consulting and Technology Division. As part of the job:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining smooth and efficient HR processes.
• Provide ongoing support to employees and managers, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and organizational policies.
• Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business and financial objectives.
• Advise and support managers on a wide range of leadership topics including career development, performance management, employee relations, team dynamics, and organizational changes.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend solutions that enhance business performance.
• Accompany Partners and Senior Managers with salary updates, promotions, compensation matters, and related processes.
• Support the development, coordination and delivery of learning and development programs and cross-functional initiatives within the division and across the.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong business understanding with ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practice solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, technology environment.
• Familiarity with labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in English.
