About the Company

Management and optimization of the planning and control system in the factory, while fully synchronizing market requirements (sales) with production capabilities, in order to ensure compliance with schedules (OTIF), maximum utilization of resources and efficient inventory management.

About the Role

Planning and optimization of the production system.

Responsibilities

• Data management and production engineering (Data Management).
• Control, analysis and indicators (KPIs).
• Inventory management and stock control.

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial and management engineer - a significant advantage.

Required Skills

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a production manager in a manufacturing plant (preferably for the plastics/process industry) - mandatory.
• Information systems: In-depth control of Priority (with an emphasis on the industry/production module) - mandatory.
• Personal skills:
• Broad systemic vision and data analysis ability (analytics).
• Assertiveness alongside excellent interpersonal skills (ability to harness interfaces).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a changing environment.
• Languages: High level English (reading specifications and communicating with external parties).
