Job Description:

A leading private company is seeking a Controller for a challenging and meaningful role that combines financial and accounting responsibilities within a dynamic business environment.

This is a newly created position in the organization, reporting directly to the CFO, offering both personal and professional growth opportunities.

The company’s offices are located in Tiberias.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all departments.
• Management of cash flow, working capital, and cost structure to ensure financial stability and flexibility.
• Professional management and leadership of the bookkeeping team.
• Conducting financial analyses and preparing management reports as needed for the various companies within the group.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller – mandatory (advantage for experience in a commercial company).
• Ability to lead processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assertiveness and decision-making capability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented approach.
• Very strong proficiency in Excel.
