Technical Support Representative
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide high-quality technical support to internal employees and external users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users across various systems
- Handle support exclusively via phone, including remote connection to users
- Deliver professional, service-oriented, and accurate support
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in technical support – required
- High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills – required
- Experience working in an insurance company – an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of personal and team responsibility
