About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Lead to join our Marketing team and own content as a core upper-funnel growth engine.

This role sits at the intersection of content, product, technology, and AI, and is designed for someone who leads with vision, builds scalable systems, and turns content into a measurable growth driver.

You’ll define how content supports awareness, demand creation, and thought leadership—while leveraging automation, AI, and deep product understanding to scale impact.

Location: Netanya / Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the upper-funnel content strategy, from vision to execution.
• Position content as a growth engine that drives awareness, education, and demand.
• Translate product capabilities, VOC (Voice of Customer), and market insights into sharp, compelling narratives.
• Build and manage AI-powered and automated content workflows to scale creation and distribution.
• Develop frameworks for content repurposing, experimentation, and optimization.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure messaging reflects real customer value.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on funnel performance and data.
• Set standards, processes, and best practices for content across channels.
  
  

• Proven experience leading content in Background in B2B SaaS companies as a strategic growth function, especially for the upper funnel.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to simplify complex, tech-driven solutions.
• Highly tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and scaling.
• Advantage - Experience working with VOC, customer insights, and data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to think in systems, build processes, and drive execution end-to-end.
• Excellent written English and storytelling skills.
