Content Manager

Description

Doktorabc is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Editor to own and manage all content on our UK website. This role is critical to ensuring that our website content is accurate, compliant, localised for the UK market, and aligned with our brand, product, and business objectives.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of website content across marketing, operational, and product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload, manage, and maintain all website content across marketing, operational, and product domains
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and appropriate localisation for the UK market
• Own the overall look, feel, and structure of website content, ensuring a clear and user-friendly experience
• Regularly update the website with new content, product information, and operational updates
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and localisation teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and timelines
• Maintain a content calendar and manage publishing schedules and deadlines
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks on live content to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies
• Monitor content performance and support ongoing optimisation efforts
  
  

• High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content coordination, website content management, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, WordPress, or similar)
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles (considered an advantage)
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment
