Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity

Join a leading provider of cloud-based, AI-powered data management platforms designed specifically for the connected vehicle and IoT ecosystem. We empower global customers with advanced applications for cybersecurity (XDR), vehicle quality monitoring, and usage-based insurance.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will operate in the high-growth B2B automotive and smart mobility market, prospecting into global automakers and Tier-1 suppliers. You will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and refining the playbooks that scale our outbound engine.

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) to secure qualified meetings for Sales executives.
• Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads with speed and precision.
• Strategic Research: Identify key decision-makers and industry trends within automotive OEMs, IoT, and smart mobility sectors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions within Salesforce.
• AI Integration: Leverage and test GenAI tools to enhance productivity and outreach effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1–3 years of SDR experience within B2B SaaS working with Enterprise technology clients.
• Communication: Native-level English proficiency is required for engaging with global stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement platforms.
• Execution: A proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Interest: Experience in cybersecurity, automotive tech, or IoT is considered a significant advantage.
• Fluent English originally from the United States
